There are three play decks totaling 32-square-feet, and one deck is even covered with a roof and features a window. Kids will love the 8-foot slide, swings, 2-for-fun ride, rock climbing wall and more. Minimum use zone for play equipment shall extend no less than 72 in. from all sides of the play structure. Swing use zone extends no less than 168 in. Swings must have a minimum clearance of 8 in. above the protective surfacing. This product carries a 5-year warranty. This warranty is valid only if the product is used for the purpose for which it was designed and installed at a residential, single family dwelling.
